that there is a good match between IntAlliance Partners and a potential Portfolio Company. We will take the time necessary
to understand your product and company, do the required research, and determine exactly what IntAlliance Partners can do to take
your organization to the next level - before any agreement is signed.
Once you are an IntAlliance Partners Portfolio Company, we
fully integrate our efforts as an employee and stakeholder in working with and representing your company. This continues until
the desired return on investment is achieved. Where continuity is required, select individuals of the IntAlliance Partners team
might remain with the Portfolio Company after the official engagement is complete. Of course, this is by mutual agreement.
