May 21, 2009 - IntAlliance Partners, LLC of Northern Virginia and Skada Capital, LLC of Maryland have agreed to form a strategic relationship. With the global recession, it has become increasingly difficult for companies to secure financing for operations, development or expansion. Not only has it become harder to find available sources of financing, but financiers are demanding more exhaustive business plans backed by accomplished management teams with extensive experience and resources. This strategic relationship solves this problem. Each firm’s clients will now have the opportunity to access extensive financing sources through Skada Capital, as well as a global network of accomplished executives and business resources through IntAlliance Partners.
Roy Koelbl, Managing Partner of IntAlliance Partners stated, “We have been looking for firms that can diligently and reliably bring additional financing options to our clients. In these times of economic difficulty, it has become even more important that we assist many of our clients with securing the necessary financing for product development and market expansion. We feel confident that Skada Capital can assist many of our clients in this manner.”
“Creating a strategic partnership with IntAlliance Partners makes a lot of sense,” said Skada Capital President and Founder, Sandeep Thrakar. “Our two firms are very complementary in what we do and the markets we address. IntAlliance Partners’ broad reach provides Skada Capital access to many more potential clients. On the reverse side, IntAlliance Partners’ accomplished executives and global network of resources can provide many of our clients with that extra knowledge, capability or credibility to make the difference in securing financing. It is a win-win situation.”
