Initial Engagement through Return on Investment

 

   
 

Once you have become a Portfolio Company (see the "Become a Portfolio Company" Three Step Process), you will already know everything about us and we will know a lot about you. Now it is time to begin the initial engagement process to define a detailed strategy and action plan. A "SWAT" team of our executives will meet with you and your team to start a very interactive process. By the end of the initial engagement, we will -

 
   
  • Complete a detailed, technical, operational, and/or business assessment
  • Determine "resource" requirements - leveraging our people, network and global pipeline
  • Define a mutually agreed upon business strategy
  • Detail a mutually agreed upon going forward action plan
   
 

 

The next step in the process is to execute on the action plan. We take this commitment seriously - we continue to be fully engaged with your company, executing the strategy and action plan until the desired objective or Return On Investment (ROI) is achieved. Creating Alliances

Many times an “alliance” (see “Portfolio Services, Strategic Alliances”) is required to achieve accelerated Portfolio Company growth. When an alliance is required, we typically use a four step process of finding, aligning, promoting, and executing. The process is tailored to your specific product or company needs. We leverage our diverse global pipeline and network of executive advisors, partner organizations, government relationships, and financial contacts to define and find the optimal alliance.
